Recently our friend, Glen, took my kids for their first flight
ever. It was very exciting and I want to share the pictures with you. Glen, and his new wife Aprille, are currently building their house in a fly-in subdivision. And I think Glen was just itchin' to put down the tools for a while and catch some wind. :) My son would have gladly gone just about anywhere with Glen, but my daughter was happy to come down after just a few minutes in the sky. The good news is that she's not giving up on flying just because she was a little scared. She says she would like to try it again soon...maybe she'll be more brave the second time around. Glen and Aprille were so kind to take the time to do this for us, makes me wish I'd had my good camera to get some better shots of Glen's 'baby' (and no- I'm not referring to Aprille this time!).
