Wow, things are startin' to hop! May 28th, 2008 . Weddings

We are really going to be busy over the next few weeks as weddings will take us out of state and back - and out of state and back. *feel like doing a little dance ;o) * I'm looking forward to taking Nina and Tom's pictures next weekend. Tom's family has the most beautiful estate here and after hearing all the wedding plans, I know it is going to look spectacular. Wet Weather can't dampen Romance Right now, I'm heading out to Memphis to capture the wedding of Attorney Bettye Bedwell to her handsome love, Dr. Jack Hopkins....I can't wait to see these two get married. They are such fun, it's bound to be a wonderful weekend! See you soon!

An Impressive Young Man May 13th, 2008 . Weddings

JT's brother is a fireman in Georgia and his parents are involved in the local fire department, so I guess it shouldn't be a surprise that he would follow in their footsteps...but it does a heart good to see a young man step into a position of such responsibility. I believe he really loves what he does. They all call him Junior....it's even there on his gear. JT was unhappy with his senior pictures, so he came to me to get something a little more original...more "him". I'm thrilled to report that he loves the images...and methinks that if some of the young ladies around here see them--well, girls love a man in uniform. :o) To see the slideshow, just click here. web080415schandolph0050a.jpg web080415schandolph0003.jpg web080415schandolph0030.jpg web080415schandolph0125.jpg web080415schandolph0119.jpg

Thank you Mrs. Wilma May 05th, 2008 . Weddings

Mrs. Wilma Gordon is such an important part of our community. She has taught our local preK program for over 25 years now. Much to our regret, she has decided to retire and some of the parents (some of whom were students themselves) asked me to create a picture to present to Mrs. Wilma at last Sunday's recognition service. I created the following image of Mrs. Wilma holding one of her student's hands to represent all the little children she has guided through the years. If you see Mrs. Wilma, hug her neck and thank her for all the hard work she has put in over the years. webwilmaonehand21.jpg As an additional note, I'm excited that I was just on the radio this morning! The fine folks over at Talk 103.1 were discussing the immigration issues and I called in to suggest that the FairTax would help with most of the issues mentioned. Porkchop and George were kind enough to give my studio and website a plug on the air. Thanks guys! If you'd like to show your support for the FairTax, just click here to order your bumper stickers and magnets.
