Did You Notice it was Earth Day? April 22nd, 2008 . Weddings

Yesterday. My kids were on it. McK was given a temporary tattoo at the recycling center that she proudly showed to anyone who'd look. I think I'll be taking them to the Gorge Road cleanup this weekend to let them put their good words to good deeds.

She's born to recycle. Sorry for the poor quality shot....happens sometimes when I don't lug one of my nice cameras home and have to rely on an antiquated point and shoot.

Mmmmmm.....tax day April 16th, 2008 . Weddings

As totally UNfond as I am for tax day, my accountant~the super-awesome Tracy Wood~ made it a little more bearable by presenting Tim and I with a short stack of these cute candybars. Milk chocolate stamped with the top of a 1040 form and the words' Heres Your Chance to Bite Back at the IRS' across the bottom. It helped a little...more so to Tim who is an unabashed chocolate fiend. I have to take the chance to say, however, that the real way to fight taxes is to embrace the FairTax. I just can't figure out why more people aren't DEMANDING that this legislation be passed!
